What is Om?

Om or AUM is known to be a sacred symbol and sound in the universe. It is the beginning, and end. A vibration that started what we know today as the material world. It is the song of the universe, the ultimate reality, the truth, and the divine. It is the past, the present, and the future, all that was, all that is, all that will be is Om.

It originated from Vedas between 1500- 1200 BC. It wasn’t written at first but it was vibrated into existence through speech. It was later on elaborated into ancient mystical texts or Upanishads.
