Keeping your wand in your right hand and concentrating on a distinct, positive intention will help you tune it.
Cleanse Your Aura
Hold your wand close to your body to direct energy into yourself. Hold your wand sideways and sweep down the length of your left arm, then the length of your right arm, then your legs, stomach, back, and shoulders, keeping it a few centimetres away from your body.
Open your Chakras
Hold your wand in your right hand and focus on opening and clearing your chakras. Now, gently move your wand in a clockwise motion over your chakra points. The secondary chakras in your palms are a good place to start for the first time.
Heal Yourself
Hold your wand over a sore or painful area of your body and imagine healing energy flowing down through your crown chakra, filling your body, and exiting through the wand, removing any discomfort.
