The ichthys or ichthus is a symbol consisting of two intersecting arcs, the ends of the right side extending beyond the meeting point so as to resemble a fish. This symbol is now known as the “sign of the fish” or the “Jesus fish” and has been an icon of modern Christianity. The ancient greek for ichthys is also an acronym and stands for: ‘Jesus Christ, Son of God, our Savior.’
This bracelet has 3 layers of leather straps that are embellished with high quality metal alloy accents in both gold and silver tones. One of the layers is beautifully braided and the third layer is pierced in the middle with a metal rivet to hold the Jesus Fish charm.
